Squash enthusiasts will return to Citizen’s Bank Park in Philadelphia this summer for Squash Night at the Phillies on Wednesday, September 16. The evening will benefit SquashSmarts, the Philadelphia after-school squash and academic enrichment program, a member of the National Urban Squash and Education Association (NUSEA).
Prior to the Phillies taking on division rival Washington Nationals, squash coaches and representatives from four Philadelphia-area colleges, as well as two SquashSmarts coach-mentors, will take the field to be recognized. The group will include John White, Head Squash Coach at Drexel University, host to the Delaware Investments U.S. Open.
50% of each ticket purchased will benefit SquashSmarts. Squash fans are encouraged to head to the ballpark for this special outing! To order tickets, go to www.phillies.com/squash. For questions or group purchases of twenty-five tickets or more, contact Robb Kazenski at 215-463-5000, ext. 5182.
